That is really interesting and just a brief word on the transaction, you took advice and had some difficult legal issues on the transaction. How do you feel your advisory team performed during the sale of a business?David Holbrook
Well, very well actually. We, for our part, have a very good association with a legal firm called Leightons with whom we have worked up a whole host of president documents and they are very well use to our business and how we operate, the kind of investments that we make etc. MTI were very well served by Leightons and I believe the lawyers for the company who we were Pinsents and the lawyers for our co-investors were Mills & Reeve. All 3 of those law firms acted very professionally and in a very consorted way so make the deal work and blasted through any difficulties that arose in a very practical and solutions based manner. So we were very pleased with that.Neil Ackroyd
And I guess that builds on one of the premises that we have here at CFTV is that actually deals go a lot more easily if you use very experienced advisors and certainly all 3 of those law firms we are aware of and are exceptionally experienced firms.That is fantastically helpful and I think we have covered all the areas that we wanted to cover. So thank you very much for your time David, and I certainly hope to speak to you again talking about another transaction and in due course the exit of this one.
