What is due diligence? What would you say are the common mistakes that sellers might make with regards to the due diligence process?David Taylor
Assuming that somebody isn't going to find out the negatives about their business and entering in the process thinking that its going to be OK and no one is going to ask me about that, they will ask you about that and therefore having an answer prepared for what you perceive to be a negative about your business is quite important.what is due diligence? If you don't then invariably the question will get asked and you are not ready for it. I would say that would be the most important thing when selling a business.What is due diligence?
