Welcome to the tutorials page. Neil what is the sale of a business tutorials page?
Neil Ackroyd:
The tutorials page basically showcases our business sale tutorial videos and as you would expect they teach our users about the fundamentals of corporate finance transactions, whether that is a management buy out or a sale of a business it talks about how to negotiate a transaction - it takes you through a standard deal structure and how that was put together and actually the building blocks of the basics of how everybody makes money in that deal. We also talk about a valuation, about due diligence. You can click on individual videos, they are pretty bite size – 2-3mins long maybe longer for some aspects of the process so that you can watch them and get a basic understanding of what to expect from a sale of a business transaction.
