The MBO tutorials page basically showcases our management buy out tutorial videos and as you would expect they teach our users about the fundamentals of MBO transactions, whether that is a management buy out or a company disposal it talks about how to negotiate a deal eg on management buy out it takes you through a standard deal structure and how that was put together and actually the building blocks of the basics of how everybody makes money in that deal. We also talk about a valuation, about due diligence.
