Welcome to the Bank page. Neil, what is the Bank Page and how can our users best utilise it?
Neil Ackroyd:
The Bank page delivers video footage of interviews that were shot with actual funders, so banks and other institutions providing senior debt into Management Buy Out transactions.
Now throughout each video, you will pick up that actually the questions are broadly if not exactly the same for each banker. So what you will learn is where they differ but also as importantly if not more importantly where they are the same. So people will be able to come away from this knowing what is fundamental to a transaction because every single institution is saying that that is the case.
And again, these are the people who will put the process through and write the cheques for the money to get the deals done. So it is a hugely valuable resource for a Management Buy Out candidate.
