Dan Johnson
Dan Johnson qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts in England & Wales in 1992 and has worked for and with - a number of major full service commercial law firms. Dan joined Cubism Law as a Consultant in 2011.
Dan’s work is wide ranging and often involves being a general legal adviser to clients (in the role of an 'Outsourced Legal Counsel’), focussed upon most aspects of company / corporate, financial, commercial and general business law.
Dan particularly specialises in business and corporate structure based transactional work and is also frequently involved with corporate finance activities of all descriptions, including a wide range of both securities finance and debt finance arrangements for businesses.
Dan’s predominant areas of work experience, and his particular legal expertise include mergers & acquisitions transactions venture capital investments and joint venture arrangements.
